Recently Northwest Community Credit Union celebrated their 65th anniversary and wanted floral decorations that reflected how they began. In 1949 6 co-workers at Weyerhaeuser put $50 in a lunchbox with the intention of helping each other out. That year, Weyerhaeuser Springfield Credit Union made its first loan and soon became Northwest Community Credit Union.
The centerpieces for their celebration incorporated both the lunchbox theme and their roots working in the lumber industry.

Dandelions Flowers always strives to support local flower growers whenever possible. Oregon may not have the sunshine that California or South American can boast of but we can still produce an amazing variety of flowers and foliages.
One of our sources for flowers in Green Gables Farms in Philomath, Oregon. They grow a variety of bulb flowers including tulips, daffodils, irises, lilies and peonies.
